Real Estate Associate
A top 75 AM Law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 4–7 years of experience to join its rapidly expanding Los Angeles office.This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and highly collaborative real estate practice, advising on a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate matters. The role also offers the opportunity to work closely with the firm’s Hospitality team, providing exposure to high-profile projects and clients across multiple sectors.The ideal candidate will thrive in a client-facing environment and enjoy taking ownership of matters within an energetic and growing team.ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including: Acquisitions and dispositions; Leasing matters; Real estate development projects; Construction matters & Real estate finance transactionsSupport and manage complex real estate deals from inception through closingWork closely with the firm’s Hospitality practice on industry-specific mattersDraft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, and development agreementsMaintain direct interaction with clients and assist with strategic transaction managementCollaborate with attorneys across practice groups on sophisticated mattersQualifications4–7 years of commercial real estate experienceStrong experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, finance, and development mattersExcellent drafting, negotiation, and transactional skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentComfortable with direct client interaction and leading mattersStrong academic and professional credentials requiredExperience in a large law firm environment preferredAdmitted to and in good standing with the California BarBenefitsCompetitive salary: $310,000 – $395,000Opportunity to join a rapidly growing and nationally recognised real estate practiceExposure to sophisticated commercial real estate and hospitality mattersPerformance-based bonus opportunitiesCollaborative and entrepreneurial team cultureComprehensive benefits package including: Medical, Dental & Vision insurance; Life accident & disability coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; Commuter benefits & Wellbeing programsIf you are interested in this position, and you meet the requirements of the role, please click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
