You'll be the eyes on the ground, keeping safety, quality, and coordination tight while building the kind of subcontractor relationships that actually move projects forward. If you thrive on independence and know how to spot a problem before it becomes one, this role is built for you.Key ResponsibilitiesSite OversightConduct routine site visits to monitor progress, safety conditions, and overall qualityIdentify potential issues, damages, or inconsistencies across job sitesMeetings & CoordinationPre-meet with project managers to streamline site meetings and improve efficiencyLead or participate in weekly site meetings to review updates and prioritiesSubcontractor RelationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with subcontractorsTrack subcontractor performance and develop familiarity with their work standardsEnsure all work aligns with company expectations and project requirementsQualificationsStrong understanding of construction site operations and workflowsAbility to identify safety risks and quality issues proactivelyOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple sites simultaneouslyStrong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable working independently and making on-the-ground decisionsInterested?
