Job SummaryThis individual recruits, conducts interviews and coordinates all the logistics hiring employees to support an environment that creates and supports a productive workforce. He/she is responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. Major areas include recruiting/staffing, sourcing, screening candidates, conducting interviews, researching new and innovative recruiting options, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations. He/she reports directly to the HR Manager / Recruiting Manager. This is a high-volume recruitment role that requires managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This individual excels at working in a multi-disciplinary team environment and supports the vision of the company. Preferably, the candidate has a background in sales.C. Essential FunctionsManage recruitment ads in various platformsSource, screen, and interview applicantsConduct cold calling and outbound outreach to potential candidates to build and maintain talent pipelinesContact all applicants within 24 hours of application, track all applicants as required, meet, interview, and complete the hiring processLeads full-cycle, high-volume recruiting effortsCollect candidates' accurate availabilityFollow up on feedback from interviewsEnsure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulationsMaintain strong attention to detail in recording and maintaining candidate informationCreate and implement passive and active recruitment technique plansResearch new and innovative recruiting optionsCoordinate and attend local job fairsParticipate in university recruiting and community outreach programsConduct grassroots recruiting initiatives to build local talent pipelinesMeet and exceed minimum activity target levelsKeep track of recruiting metrics and provide weekly updates on hiring progress and performanceG. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and ExperienceREQUIREDMinimum Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred and at least 2 years of recruitment experience.Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.Ability to communicate effectively at all levels;Ability to establish credibility with managers and employees;Ability to identify and handle priorities and/or sensitive issues with discretion and confidentiality;Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Gmail, Google Drive and Google calendarCertification/License: N/ATraining: N/AFinancial Responsibility and Authority:N/APhysical Clearance: A negative TB (tuberculosis) test within the last 4 yearsBackground check clearanceDESIRABLECharacteristics of a CSLOT Employee: Strong work ethic, including accountability; Interest in business; Durability and flexibility; Interest in job and career development; Excellent people skills; Team player; Integrity; Independent thinking; Action oriented.H.
