Medical Director - Community-Based Primary Care

Job DescriptionAnnual Salary: $180k-$220k (varies depending on years of experience)A mission-driven, community-focused healthcare organization is seeking a Medical Director to lead clinical operations at one of its high-volume health centers. The organization provides comprehensive primary care, behavioral health, and supportive services to underserved populations across multiple boroughs. With a strong commitment to health equity, this organization serves tens of thousands of individuals annually through fixed sites, mobile units, and school-based programs.The Medical Director will oversee clinical affairs at a designated health center, providing both direct patient care and leadership to a multidisciplinary team.
