Allocates decision-making authority and task responsibility to appropriate leadership levels to maximize organizational and individual effectiveness.Provides feedback, instructions, and developmental guidance to help staff excel. Serves as a change agent, utilizing change theory to plan and implement organizational changes, support staff during transitions, and adapt leadership style to situational needs.Oversees campus operations related to staffing, labor standards, and daily activities. Manages float pool operations and staffing to ensure adequate coverage. Implements and sustains processes in patient care areas to support clinical teams in delivering high-quality, compassionate care. Provides support to clinical teams for project implementation and deployment.
