Must be professional and great customer service! Role Type: Temp to Perm *FULLY REMOTE - After training! Environment- In Bound Call Center- Must have reliable Internet for remote work Schedules Available: Second Shift (start times between 12:00 PM and 2:30 PM) Sun - Thurs (4 openings) Mon - Fri (1 opening) Third Shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM) Sun - Thurs (2 openings) Tues - Sat (3 openings) Pay Facts Regarding Shifts: Second shift pays a 15% premium for hours after 5:00 PM and weekend days. Third shift pays a 25% premium (once they start working third shift hours). About the Role: Booking Corporate Travel for contracted clients High Call Volume Multitasking emails calls etc Training: All training takes place IN OFFICE. The training schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. At the end of training, the associate will transition to the shift for which they were hired. Second shift training lasts 14 weeks. Third shift training lasts up to 6 months Attendance during training is MANDATORY.
