Job title: Finance Assistant (Receivables) Contract type: Permanent (full-time) Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary: Up to £26,755 Per Annum Location: Role requires 2 days in the office per week, based in Kings Hill, Kent. The Finance Assistant (Receivables) is responsible for all aspects of accounts receivable and credit control and project management in finance system. This includes maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the sales ledger and ensuring that all sales transactions are recorded. This role plays a key part in managing accounts receivable, processing invoices and supporting the finance team with various administration tasks. Success criteria Good communication, problem-solving, organisational and time management skills, demonstrating the ability to prioritise busy work agendas. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively break down a problem.
