Job Title: Pharmacy Tech Job Location: San Francisco, CA 94114 Duration: 6 + Months Shift: Monday through Friday, 9:30AM-6PMPay- $23/hr on W2 Position Summary: As a Pharmacy Technician in a growing segment of healthcare, home infusion services, you will work with cutting edge technology compounding specialized and complex therapies that are administered to patients in their homes. Key responsibilities * Product preparation, compounding sterile products, and maintaining the pharmacy clean room suite to 797 requirements. Duties: As a Pharmacy Technician in a growing segment of healthcare, specialty pharmacy, you will work with specialized and complex therapies that are delivered to patients. Key responsibilities * Communication with patients, prescribers, and colleagues. Frequent phone conversations, emails, faxes. National pharmacy technician certification. Eligible for state registration, certification or licensure per state regulations. At least 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician. Basic computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet utilization. Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) a must. Specialty Pharmacy experience is a plus. Experience: Retail, specialty pharmacy experience, mail order pharmacy Education :Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
