The Licensed Assistant will support real estate operations by assisting with client communication, coordinating property showings, managing paperwork, and maintaining organized records. Tasks will include preparing and reviewing real estate forms, in person showings for buyers & open houses for property listings, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized professional with strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellent service.QualificationsActive real estate license and knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and proceduresStrong communication, organizational, and time-management skillsProficiency in administrative tasks such as record-keeping, document preparation, and data entryExperience with property marketing, listing management, and CRM toolsAbility to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work effectively under deadlinesFamiliarity with the Charleston market is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email management, and other office softwareHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or related fields is advantageous
