The ISSO will ensure continuous adherence to security controls, perform assessments, and support ongoing monitoring aligned with NIST and FedRAMP standards.This is a Hybrid position, but candidates must reside in the DMV area to support occasional in‐person client and team engagements.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport RMF lifecycle activities including security categorization, assessments, and ATO packagesMaintain System Security Plans (SSP), POA&Ms, and related artifactsPerform continuous monitoring and security control assessmentsCollaborate with technical teams to ensure secure configuration of Salesforce and integrated systemsTrack vulnerabilities, coordinate remediation efforts, and document mitigationsSupport audits and security reviews, including NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP complianceEnsure adherence to federal cybersecurity policies and agency‐specific guidelinesParticipate in change control processes ensuring security impacts are assessedRequired QualificationsU.S. Citizenship requiredMust be eligible for federal clearanceBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field3+ years of ISSO or security compliance experienceKnowledge of NIST 800‐53, FedRAMP, FISMA, and RMF frameworksStrong documentation, communication, and coordination skillsPreferred QualificationsSecurity+ CE, CISSP, CAP, or similar security certificationExperience supporting Salesforce environments or cloud‐based systemsExperience supporting federal agenciesFlexible work from home options available.#J-18808-Ljbffr
