Be responsible for undertaking the Company's operation policy and operation system management requirements, formulating or undertaking and reaching the department's medium and long-term work plan and department's annual KPI, so as to ensure that the team or individual's work direction, work content and work quality meet the Company's management requirements2. Be responsible for formulating or undertaking team personnel training plan, work quality evaluation and promotion plan and complying with relevant policies of the company or department, building a competitive and highly professional process quality control team, and achieving a good level of process quality control3. Prepare departmental budgets and utilize departmental resources according to business needs, optimize resource allocation, improve resource utilization efficiency, and continuously reduce costs and increase efficiency in the process to meet the company's cost control requirements4. Control the work direction and quality of the team or individual as a whole, correct the deviation in time, and coordinate resources to support the team or individual to achieve the work in time to ensure that the work quality of the team meets the requirements of the company5. Be responsible for leading the team to create a good department culture and values, and promote the sense of belonging and identity of employees6. Be responsible for undertaking all the work arranged by the group headquarters and superior leaders and completing the implementation7. Assist the department manager to complete the department management work8. Be fully responsible for the establishment and improvement of the process quality control system, and ensure the implementation of the management and control process system and effective operation feedback9. Lead the team to identify process quality risks and hidden dangers (including but not limited to control points and control requirements identified in the group headquarters or procedure documents), confirm and record abnormal information, lead or follow up relevant departments to complete problem improvement, confirm improvement effect, prevent recurrence and ensure product process quality.10. Be responsible for leading and promoting the implementation of digital and intelligent measures for quality management11. Be responsible for the process and system optimization and implementation of on-site quality risk management and control, improve the quality and efficiency of on-site quality control, and promote the reduction of quality costs12. Cooperate with other departments to improve production quality and customer satisfaction13. Implement various rules and regulations and processes related to productionPreferred QualificationsBachelor degree or above, major in chemical engineering, materials science, mechanical design and manufacturing and automation is preferred6-8 years quality management experience, with independent team management experience, power battery industry is preferred.With more than 50 independent management experience in 500 enterprises in the worldFamiliar with TS16949 quality management system and five quality tools.Master QC seven methods, 8D, SPC and other quality tools, and have unique opinions on process quality control.Familiar with 6Sigma, have good data analysis ability, careful logical thinking, and good communication and coordination ability, and reach the level of Six Sigma Black Belt and above.Have project management ability.Have excellent decision-making ability, technical ability, teamwork ability and implementation promotion ability.Familiar with the basic theoretical knowledge of engineering technology and the basic technical knowledge of quality control.good expression and communication skillsGood English is preferredHave strong logical ability, expression ability and understanding ability;Careful and earnest work, strong principle and good execution;Have strong professionalism and can bear great work pressure;Good computer skills, can use Excel and PPT.Work Environment & Physical RequirementsRegular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position, in accordance with applicable law.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Paid time off and company holidays.Professional development and growth opportunities.Equal Employment OpportunityCATK is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
