Properly store clean items in designated areas to ensure kitchen organization and functionality. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including emptying trash, sweeping, and mopping floors. Assist with waste disposal and recycling activities, following all safety and hygiene procedures. Monitor and report any issues or shortages of cleaning supplies and equipment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth flow of operations and assist in light food preparation if needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company standards.Qualifications Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with the team. Good physical condition; ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
