Service Cashier

Minimum age 18, this is a full time position. The cashier is responsible for receiving payment and ensuring that the payment is accounted for in the correct manner. This position is customer facing and requires the ability to provide great customer service with an upbeat and friendly attitude. Use dealer's computer systems to print, verify, and account for customer's repair orders. Handle customer car keys in an organized manner. Communicate with service advisors, parts personnel, and managers when necessary. Have every repair order signed by the customer along with the correlating receipt. Display competence in using computers, printers, credit card machines, and telephone. Take calls for the service drive when necessary.
