Custodial Quality Control Manager - HST

Specifications are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job.Summary:The Custodial Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety across all assigned facilities. This role involves inspecting custodial services and ensuring compliance with company policies, client expectations, and regulatory standards.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct routine and random inspections of facilities to ensure custodial standards are consistently met or exceededDevelop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and checklistsMonitor performance of custodial staff and provide feedback for improvementEnsure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policiesCollaborate with operations and site managers to improve service deliveryEvaluate cleaning products, equipment, and procedures for efficiency and effectivenessPrepare and present quality control reports to senior management and clientsEXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND LICENSURE:High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred3-5+ years of experience in custodial services, janitorial supervision, or facility managementExperience in quality control, inspections, or compliance preferredStrong knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and safety proceduresFamiliarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standardsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office or similar reporting toolsREASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS:Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the following essential functions.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:None.WORK ENVIRONMENT:Work is performed indoors with some potential risks to safety and health hazards.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds, push/pull 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods.Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.Must be able to work around food and cleaning productsWORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE:DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
