Power Apps Developer

We are seeking a skilled Power Apps Developer to design, build, and enhance an enterprise-grade Tender & Contract Management Platform. This role will streamline complex tendering, bidding, and contract lifecycle processes through a scalable Microsoft Power Platform solution that centralizes information, standardizes workflows, and improves visibility across business teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Development (Power Apps + Dataverse)Develop a multi-stage Power Apps solution supporting the full opportunity-to-contract lifecycle: Opportunity and tender pipeline management, Bid preparation, document management, pricing workflows, approvals, and risk reviews, and Contract execution, performance monitoring, and KPI trackingBuild model-driven and canvas applications aligned with tender, bid, award, and contract execution processes.Design intuitive user experiences that improve collaboration and process consistency.Workflow Automation (Power Automate)Automate end-to-end tender and contract workflows including document intake, scheduling, notifications, approvals, submissions, and onboarding activities.Implement approval routing based on predefined business rules and authority levels.Create automated alerts for contract expirations, approval bottlenecks, compliance exceptions, and key milestones.Data Architecture & IntegrationDesign and maintain a centralized Dataverse data model for:Opportunities and tendersContracts and related documentationPricing and commercial informationCompetitor and market intelligenceOperational and financial KPIsIntegrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and enterprise document repositories.Support reporting and analytics at both project and contract levels.Document & Content ManagementDevelop a centralized document management solution for:Corporate and legal recordsCompliance and certification documentationTechnical submissions and supporting materialsStandardized document packages and templatesImplement document version control, security permissions, and governance controls.Analytics & ReportingBuild dashboards and reporting solutions for:Tender pipeline visibilityBid success and win/loss analysisPricing and compliance monitoringContract lifecycle trackingRevenue, margin, and business performance metricsDevelop executive-level KPI dashboards to monitor operational and commercial performance.Governance, Security & ComplianceImplement audit logging, approval history tracking, and data retention policies.Ensure compliance with organizational governance, legal, quality, safety, and financial control requirements.Configure role-based security for cross-functional business users and stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience4+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas Apps) and Power Automate.Strong experience with Dataverse, SQL, and SharePoint.Experience designing and implementing document management and business workflow solutions.Ability to translate complex business processes into scalable, automated systems.Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and Power Platform components.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience with approval workflows, contract management, sales operations, pricing processes, or risk management workflows is highly preferred.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting tender management, bid management, contract lifecycle management (CLM), or similar business process platforms.Familiarity with enterprise governance, compliance, and document control practices.Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.
