Construction Operations Manager We are seeking an experienced Construction Operations Manager to oversee heavy highway and civil construction operations. This role is ideal for a Project manager or superintendent with a strong understanding of the end-to-end construction process, particularly within earthwork-intensive heavy highway projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations across heavy highway construction projects Manage the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning through execution and closeout Coordinate field operations, scheduling, manpower, equipment, and subcontractors Drive productivity, quality, safety, and cost control across projects Collaborate with project management, estimating, and executive leadership Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with company standards Qualifications: Proven experience in heavy highway construction, with a strong emphasis on earthwork Solid operational understanding of grading, excavation, roadway construction, and site development Experience with bridge and or utility work is a plus, but not required Preference for candidates with experience working in the Northeast market Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Benefits Salary 120-140k (based on experience) Company vehicle or allowance Medical & Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Sick Leave Paid Vacation & Holiday Pay 401(k) Plan For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
