Pulmonology Physician Assistant

We are seeking a dedicatedPulmonaryNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantto join a well-established andgrowing pulmonary medicine practice just south of Boston. Position Highlights Full-time, employed position Competitive compensation:$110,000- $140,000 , based on experience Comprehensive benefitspackage Collaborative physician-ledpulmonary team Stable schedule withwork-life balance Modern facilities and strongclinical support staff Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, andmanage patients with acute and chronic pulmonary conditions Conduct follow-up visits andongoing disease management for pulmonary patients Order and interpretdiagnostic studies, including PFTs, imaging, and laboratory tests Develop and implementevidence-based treatment plans Provide patient education ondisease management and preventive care Document patient encountersaccurately in the electronic medical record Collaborate closely withpulmonologists and interdisciplinary care teams Requirements: Master's degree in Nursing orPhysician Assistant Studies from an accredited program CurrentNursePractitioner or Physician Assistant certification Massachusetts licenseoreligibility for licensure Prior experience inpulmonary medicine preferred (new graduates with strong interest considered) Strong clinical assessmentand critical-thinking skills Excellent communication andpatient-centered care approach Ability to work effectivelyin a collaborative team environment Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and visioninsurance Retirement plan withemployer contribution Paid time off and holidays CME allowance and paid CMEtime Malpractice insurance withtail coverage by Jobble
