The technician will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting plastic injection molding equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities include conducting quality-control checks, performing preventive maintenance, optimizing process performance, and collaborating with team members to meet production targets. What You BringProven experience setting molds and running injection molding processes Solid understanding of resins and processing fundamentals 2+ years of injection molding experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting ability Experience with 3-axis robotics/programming is a plus Willingness to learn, adapt, and stay current with evolving technology Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and move throughout the shift Frequent use of hands for handling, adjusting, and operating equipment Occasional bending, kneeling, climbing, and balancing Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs as needed
