Seeking a BC OB/GYN to join practiceAssess the bio/psycho/social/spiritual health status of individual clients and families through history taking, data collection, and physical examAssists staff nurses to facilitate care for walk-in patientsCompletes accurate documentation according to site specific standardsWorks in collaboration with staff, physicians, allied health professionals, and others to implement the patients plan of carePrescribes or make judgments regarding pharmacologic agents and therapeutic devicesDispenses/Administers/Prescribes medications according to policy & protocolRecognizes and manages deviations from healthRecognizes patients whose problem is out of scope of practice and obtain appropriate careOrders appropriate laboratory and diagnostic tests orderedFollows up on laboratory and diagnostic tests orderedCommunicates with patient to arrive at mutually agreed upon plan of care to include actual and potential health problemsEvaluation and revision of patient plan of care is ongoingProvides health educationProvides referral and case managementOn Call Services: Agrees to at least 1 call per week in hospital and 4-5 outpatient only on-call days per month. Additional coverage may be necessary from time to time due to extraordinary circumstances.Requirements: unrestricted NJ license, maintain active CPR
