The ideal candidate will naturally be curious and enjoy learning how public agencies and operators make decisions that impact millions of drivers daily.What you will be doingDevelop and expand executive-level relationships within strategic named accountsOwn the entire customer life‑cycle from discovery and qualification to solution positioning, pricing, negotiation, and closePosition Iteris' software, sensors, and services to deliver complete mobility intelligence solutionsLead cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, customer success, and marketing to support strategic opportunitiesCreate and execute account plans aligned to territory strategy and customer goalsMaintain accurate pipeline forecasting and SalesForce hygieneRepresent Iteris' cultural principles: customer‑first, performance‑oriented, collaborative, and innovativeWhat you need to be successful in this roleBachelors requiredMasters or proven track record exceeding goals preferred (Presidents Club etc.)Over seven (7) years in full‑cycle enterprise sales rolesOver three (3) years selling into physical infrastructure, smart cities, or operational technologyProven track record of exceeding $1M+ ARR targets with large, complex accountsExperience building C-level relationships and navigating multi‑stakeholder environmentsProficient with strategic outbound prospecting and customer developmentExcellent communication and storytelling skills, especially within public agency environmentsIteris anticipates paying between $135,000 and $150,000 for this role.
