Vice President, Valuation

AUM since that date is in excess of $70bn as a result of more recent fund closings.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the monthly and quarterly valuation process for private market investments, including fund investments and equity and debt instrumentsDevelop and review valuation models (DCF, comparable company/transaction analysis, option pricing models, etc.)Assess and document key valuation assumptions, including market inputs, company performance, and macroeconomic factorsPrepare valuation memos and materials for internal committees, auditors, and external stakeholdersPartner with investment teams to understand portfolio company performance and key value driversInterface with external auditors and manage relationships and work-streams with third-party valuation firmsMonitor industry trends, market data, and regulatory developments impacting valuation practicesContribute to the enhancement of valuation policies, procedures, and governance frameworksQualificationsBachelor’s degree. MBA and/or CFA will be viewed favorably5–10 years of relevant experience at a Big 4 accounting firm, valuation advisory firm, or similar organizationStrong experience valuing private market assets (private equity, venture capital, private credit)Deep understanding of valuation methodologies and financial modeling techniquesProven experience building and owning valuation processesExperience supporting audit processes and working with external auditorsStrong analytical, writing, and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWe offer a competitive U.S. benefits package designed to support health, financial security, and work-life balance.
