Plant Supervisor - Maintenance

Supervises, develops, and manages workload for a group of skilled craft employees to address all plant maintenance activities in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. Recruits maintenance personnel and evaluates performance. Maintains and upholds quality, standards, procedures and regulations of the organization, state, and federal agencies including compliance with all company, state, and federal requirements (OSHA, NERC, EPA, State DEQ's, SOX, etc.) Collaborates with Planning and Operations personnel and assigns resources to address arising maintenance issues. Contracts and purchases management for assigned projects and outage areas. Schedules management and financial reporting as required (weekly and monthly cost tracking, monthly accruals reporting, future projects estimation, etc.) Staffs and manages routine, planned, emergency, and reserve outages as well as assigned projects.
