We help our valued patients, and their families experience the fullness and dignity they deserve, even as they face the anxieties associated with the end of life.MiraSol Health, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join us full-time, a weekend Friday-Monday schedule. The successful candidate will be responsible for patient care and coordination with the interdisciplinary team. RN duties include assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating actions required to meet the clients physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Come enjoy manageable caseloads and the ability to provide quality care based on patient need. Previous hospice case management or home health experience is a plus but not required. We cover Beaufort, Jasper, Colleton & Hampton Counties. Dependable transportation is a must.
