Lead financial reporting and ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP. Build scalable processes, internal controls, and accounting infrastructure as we grow. Partner closely with executive leadership and FP&A on reporting, audits, and strategic initiatives.What We're Looking For8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including a senior leadership role. CPA strongly preferred, with Big 4 or high-growth startup background. Deep knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting. Experience implementing or optimizing ERP systems.
