Key Responsibilities Handle federal and state court litigation matters File consumer protection lawsuits, including those under California Proposition 65 Manage a busy caseload in a fast-paced legal environment Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in federal and state court litigation Prior consumer protection/Prop 65 experience is preferred Licensed to practice and in good standing in California J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials Ability to thrive in a professional law firm setting
