Tax Associate (Attorney) Hybrid work schedule available in NJ or NYC offices Seeking a Tax Associate with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will possess an LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning and be admitted to the bar in NJ and/or NY. Responsibilities include: Providing tax planning and compliance services to a variety of clients. Conducting tax research and preparing legal memoranda. Representing clients before tax authorities. Working collaboratively with attorneys and staff. Requirements: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree Ideally, an LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning Admitted to the bar in NJ and/or NY
