Sr. General ManagerShare Apply Full-time $95,000.00 - 110,000.00 per yearOVERVIEW:The Senior General Manager (Multi-Unit) is responsible for leading day-to-day operations across multiple No Soliciting locations, ensuring a consistent, elevated member experience while driving strong financial performance. This role acts as a floating operational leader partnering closely with in-venue managers, coaching teams, and holding each location accountable to brand standards, service execution, and business results.This is a hands-on leadership role that requires visibility in the venues, strong operational instincts, and the ability to lead teams through accountability, development, and execution. This position reports directly to the VP of Operations.RESPONSIBILITIES:Multi-Unit Operational LeadershipOversee operations across three No Soliciting locations, maintaining consistent execution of brand standardsFloat between locations based on business needs, peak periods, and operational prioritiesEnsure alignment in service model, member experience, and daily executionAct as the operational bridge between field teams and home officeBusiness & Financial PerformanceOwn and drive key performance metrics across all locations, including:Revenue growthLabor management and efficiencyCost of goods (COGS)Inventory accuracy and controlsEvent revenue performanceAnalyze weekly and monthly business trends and implement action plansHold General Managers accountable to financial targets and operational standardsPartner with leadership to identify opportunities for growth and efficiencyTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop General Managers and leadership teams across all locationsEstablish a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvementSupport hiring, onboarding, and performance management of key rolesConduct regular in-venue coaching, touchbases, and performance reviewsMember Experience & Service StandardsEnsure a high-touch, personalized member experience across all locationsMaintain and evolve service standards in alignment with brand expectationsAddress and resolve elevated guest or member concerns with professionalism and urgencyMonitor guest feedback (Chatmeter, direct feedback, etc.) and drive improvementsOperational Excellence & ComplianceEnsure all locations meet operational, safety, and compliance standardsMaintain consistency in SOP execution, cleanliness, and facility standardsOversee inventory systems, ordering processes, and operational toolsLead execution of company initiatives, rollouts, and process improvementsEvents & Revenue ActivationPartner with events teams to drive event sales and execution qualityEnsure alignment between operations and events to deliver seamless experiencesMonitor event performance, staffing, and profitabilityQualifications3+ years of multi-unit or senior-level hospitality management experienceProven track record of driving financial performance and operational excellenceStrong leadership presence with the ability to coach and develop teamsHigh attention to detail with strong organizational and execution skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentFlexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidaysExperience with POS, labor systems, and inventory management tools (Toast, CrunchTime, etc. preferred)Success ProfileLeads from the floor, not from a deskHolds standards without losing the cultureBalances hospitality with business performanceCreates alignment across multiple teams and locationsMoves quickly, communicates clearly, and executes consistentlyWork scheduleWeekend availabilityDay shiftNight shiftSupplemental payBonus payBenefitsPaid time offHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceDisability insurance401(k)401(k) matchingEmployee discountRise Brands - Rise Home Office 134 E Long St, Columbus, OH, 43215
