Machine Operator

Following training to operate and maintain our unique machines, the Machine Operator is responsible for all set-ups, machine settings, and quality checks to ensure products are manufactured to tight and exact tolerances. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Make necessary adjustments to the machine to keep parts within dimensional tolerances. Perform preventive maintenance & periodic quality checks. Perform minor repairs of equipment if breakdown occurs. Work from layout, makeshift, and conventional jigs and fixtures. Inventory, receive, and stow large bundles of steel stock; retrieve material and load machine. Adhere to all company procedures, including quality and safety. Material handling equipment including forklifts, overhead cranes, and pallet jacks. Maintain a clean and orderly workspace. Perform other duties as assigned.
