Maintenance Manager

You will join a collaborative, safety-driven Operations team where your leadership will make a direct impact on plant performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.Where You'll Make a DifferenceLead and manage the Maintenance Department, including performance management, development, and annual appraisalsOwn maintenance execution across preventive maintenance (PM), breakdown response, compliance inspections, and ad-hoc workEnsure the highest quality standards in all maintenance and contractor work, with strict enforcement of GMP and food safety requirementsDrive a strong safety culture, partnering with EHS and Food Safety to ensure safe work practices and complianceLead and support process safety initiatives, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actionsManage spare parts and MRO inventory to minimize downtime and operational disruptionTrack and analyze data related to asset uptime, maintenance performance, and capacity improvementsProvide technical expertise and leadership for continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliabilityOversee site Capex projects, vendor engagement, and maintenance purchasing activitiesSupport site emergency response teams, drills, and actual incidents as neededWhat Makes You the Right FitTechnical education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field10+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment5+ years of people-management or maintenance leadership experienceStrong experience with PM programs, MRO/stock parts, permits, and asset reliabilityHands-on knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systemsProven success driving productivity improvements, equipment upgrades, or process changesDeep understanding of GMP, food safety, and quality systemsExperience implementing and sustaining site-wide safety and Process Safety Management (PSM) programsAbility to work flexible schedules when required, including evenings, weekends, or holidaysHow Would You Stand Out?Experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma environmentsStrong change leadership and coaching capabilityData-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvementWhy Choose Us?Be a key member of the Operations Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Site Plant ManagerLead impactful work supporting products used by consumers globallyOpportunity to influence plant strategy, reliability, and capacity expansionWork in a company that values safety, inclusion, and employee developmentWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
