The VP of Investor Relations will lead the company’s efforts to cultivate relationships with investors, communicate corporate strategies, and enhance investor confidence. Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering press releases, financial reports, and investor communications, managing relationships with current and potential investors, and analyzing market trends and shareholder feedback to inform strategic decisions.QualificationsProven expertise in Investor Relations and Corporate CommunicationsStrong background in Finance and Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex dataExperience in drafting effective Press Releases and crafting investor-facing messagesExceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to operate in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment with self-motivation and integrityExperience in the media, entertainment, or technology industries is a plusBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferredRice Rocket Entertainment™ is a 420-Friendly place to work and have fun in SoMa, San Francisco, CA.
