Title: Desktop Support Engineer ( EUC & SCCM)Location: Washington, DCDuration : Fulltime / PermanentJob description:We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Engineer with deep expertise in SCCM Group Policy Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot to drive enterprise endpoint management and transformation initiatives The role requires a strong focus on modern device management and secure endpoint lifecycle managementCore responsibilities:Design implement and manage enterprise endpoint solutions using SCCM Intune and Group PolicyLead Windows OS deployment imaging and upgrade strategies across largescale environmentsImplement and manage Modern Device Management MDM using Microsoft IntuneDrive Windows Autopilot adoption for zero touch provisioningManage patching and update compliance for Windows OS and Microsoft OfficeTroubleshoot complex endpoint and deployment issuesAdminister SCCM infrastructure including collections packaging and monitoringCreate SOPs knowledge base articles and ITSM documentationAct as technical SME and escalation point for endpoint servicesMandatory technical skills:Strong hands on experience with Microsoft SCCMProven expertise in Microsoft Intune Endpoint ManagerHands on experience with Windows AutopilotAdvanced knowledge of Active Directory Azure AD and Group PolicyExperience in Windows 1011 lifecycle management and troubleshootingProficiency in PowerShell scriptingExperience in patch management and endpoint securityWorking knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNowAdditional preferred skills:Experience with command segment SCCM IntuneKnowledge of vulnerability remediation CVE managementFamiliarity with remote support tools such as Beyond Trust and SCCM Remote ControlProfessional competencies:Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to create and maintain documentationFlexible to work in a 24x7 support modelProactive mindset with focus on automation and continuous improvement
