The team operates across LA, NYC, and London, with a growing presence in Los Angeles.Role Description The Manager role at Rumble Studios is a full-time, on-site position based in Los Angeles, CA. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day studio operations, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration among creative, production, and client teams. The Manager will support client relationships by facilitating clear communication, organizing meetings, tracking deliverables, and maintaining high standards of service and quality. Responsibilities include resource planning, workflow optimization, and helping the team deliver campaigns and brand work on time and within scope. The Manager will also contribute to internal processes, documentation, and team culture, supporting a creative environment that champions women's sport and long-term brand building.Qualifications Proven experience in studio, agency, or project management, with the ability to oversee timelines, resources, and multiple concurrent projects.Strong client management and communication skills, including experience running meetings, managing expectations, and translating creative work into clear deliverables.Experience supporting creative and production teams, with familiarity in campaign development, brand storytelling, or motion/content workflows.Operational and organizational skills, including process design, documentation, budgeting support, and use of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, or similar).Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA, collaborating closely with local and distributed team members.Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices and an interest in women’s sport, culture, or entertainment.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Communications, Marketing, or similar), or equivalent professional experience.Experience in creative agencies, sports marketing, entertainment, or brand studios is highly beneficial.
