Trade Assistant (Equities) - Top Tier Hedge Fund

OCR are partnered with a high-performing, rapidly growing hedge fund that is looking to add a Trade Assistant to its New York team.With over $10bn in AUM and a well-established multi-strategy platform, the firm has built a strong reputation across the market for both investment performance and culture. Following continued growth across the business, they are continuing to invest heavily in their infrastructure and operations teams globally.This is a broad, front office-facing role offering exposure across multiple asset classes and close interaction with Traders, PMs and wider investment teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the trade lifecycle, trade execution processes and day-to-day desk activity within a fast-paced environment.The ideal profile will have 4+ years of experience within a Trade Assistant, Trade Support or Middle Office function, ideally coming from a hedge fund or investment banking background with strong product exposure across equities and derivatives.The firm offers a highly competitive compensation package, strong benefits, hybrid working and excellent long-term progression opportunities within a collaborative and high-performing culture.
