Certified Elevator Mechanic (CCCM or TCCCM - REQUIRED)

Must have Certified Competent Conveyance Mechanics License (CCCM) or TCCCM. The successful applicant should be able to: Service, adjust, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair hydraulic, traction elevator systems, residential elevators, wheelchair lifts, and dumbwaiters. Respond to trouble calls in a timely manner and restore equipment to a safe operating condition. Also experienced in new construction and modernization installation. Operate tools and equipment common to the elevator trade.
