SummaryThe Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for performing activities that will informagency’s compliance and quality performance with the Department of Public Welfare state regulations, Department of Human Services IOC CUA contract standards, outcomes, and agency’s performance improvement goals.Essential Duties Collect, analyze, interpret and summarize data in accordance with CUA quality assurance plan and DHS performance standards. Data collection activities include: record reviews, interviews and site visits. Conduct client surveys and submit summary reports of findings. Provide transfer of learning interventions to support Case Manager skill development on completion of key Scorecard indicators.Education And Experience A bachelor’s level in Human Services, BSW and/ or Master’s in Social Work or Human Services preferred. Two years experience in child welfare Strong analytical, project management and communication skills. Valid Driver’s License (issued by state in which employee lives) and safe drivingrecord and proof of insurance coverage Experience with computers beneficial Knowledge of social work values and/or child welfare services. Valid, timely Child Abuse, Criminal History, and FBI clearances that meet all regulatoryrequirements. Good oral and written communication skills in English Ability to establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, coworkers and visitors.
