What Youll DoOriginate and lead new business opportunities with high-growth startups and VC firms. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for banking products in the innovation economy. Manage and grow a portfolio of high-impact client relationships. Represent the bank at industry events and venture conferences. Serve as a strategic advisor to founders, CFOs, and VC partners. Partner with internal stakeholders to design customized banking solutions. Drive partnerships with accelerators, incubators, and startup support organizations. What Were Looking For8-10 years of experience in the venture ecosystem. Strong existing network in the Austin and Texas venture capital market. Expertise in Business Development and Relationship Management. Deep knowledge of the Venture Capital Ecosystem. Proven Strategic Advising and Leadership skills. Proficiency in Treasury Solutions and Startup Operations. Strong Negotiation and Networking abilities.
