HR Assistant (On-site)
We are seeking an experienced HR Service Center Analyst for our client. This role is pivotal in resolving HR issues escalated from lower-level representatives and ensures accurate and timely HR transaction processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS, specifically PeopleSoft, and a comprehensive understanding of HR policies and programs.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, evaluate, and resolve HR issues escalated by lower-level staff members, ensuring effective resolution and client satisfaction.Support HR transaction processing to guarantee timely and accurate completion.Perform mass updates and downloads of PeopleSoft and other HR systems based on client requirements and analysis.Run and distribute sensitive reports that may include confidential employee information.Provide workforce administration support to HR staff as needed.Carry out additional duties as assigned to support the HR function.Skills RequiredStrong HRIS knowledge, with experience in PeopleSoft.Solid understanding of general HR principles and practices.Confident phone presence.Ability to multi-task and work independently.Quick grasp of information with effective probing skills.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and follow-through skills.Proficiency in computer skills and technical capabilities.Strong time management skills and attention to detail.Experience RequiredHigh School Diploma with 4+ years of relevant HR experience.BenefitsHealth Insurance401kBy applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from HEPCO, Inc and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
