Channel Partner Services Manager

Location: Remote with preference to candidates located in Raleigh/Durham, North CarolinaBellevue, WALehi, UtahChicago, ILNew York NYDuration: 6 month contract to hireCMK Resources is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Partner Service Specialization Manager for our leading partner in the storage industry. This individual will play a key role in enabling partners to deliver their own services around cutting-edge storage technology. The position requires strong program management experience, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across internal and external teams. This is an individual contributor role supporting global partner programs within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and continuously improve multiple Partner Service Specialization program tracksCollaborate with cross-functional teams across partner organizations, customer experience, and education teams to support daily operationsSupport onboarding and development of new service partnersCommunicate and help operationalize partner service policies, including certification requirements and performance standardsServe as a primary point of contact for account teams and partner organizations, providing guidance on program requirements and processesPartner with compliance teams to monitor adherence to program standardsDrive process improvements and support automation initiatives in collaboration with IT, channel operations, and global delivery teamsAssist with program planning, promotion, education, and partner engagement initiativesQualifications5+ years of experience in channel programs, partner operations, or related areas within IT infrastructure or servicesProven success designing, implementing, and managing partner enablement programsStrong program management and organizational skills with attention to detailExperience managing compliance frameworks and partner performance standardsProficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, and TableauExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organizationAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
