Job ResponsibilitiesManage 1000+ Field operators, Field coordinators, Quality auditors across 50+ countries globally to deliver data collection/curation of maps for technology giantsIdentify Field partner agencies in US, work with procurement teams to negotiate rates, prepare and manage field contracts and onboard them to CTS to perform work for potential clientsManage day to day partner calls, come up with operator and partner scoring methodology and measure their performance on daily/weekly/monthly basisWork with support quality and training teams from CTS, Client and Partner side and setup quality framework and analytics for new engagementsManage Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly business reviews with customers and partnersOversee end-to-end autonomous vehicle field operations, including depot setup, capacity planning, and day-to-day depot management across geographiesManage fleet operations lifecycle, including vehicle allocation, utilization tracking, downtime optimization, maintenance coordination, and operational readinessDrive field workforce supply chain, including:Hiring strategy for drivers/operators across regionsVendor/partner-led recruitment modelsWorkforce ramp-up aligned to program demandDefine and execute capacity (CAP) planning models, linking:Market demandFleet availabilityDriver supplyDeployment readinessEstablish and manage training cohorts, including:Training batch planning and schedulingCurriculum alignment with client requirementsCertification and readiness validationEnsure optimal cohort-to-deployment mapping, placing trained resources into the right operational programs to maximize utilization and performanceDrive productivity improvement initiatives, including:Ramp optimization for new hiresReduction in time-to-productivityOutput standardization across regionsDeliver customer value through measurable productivity gains, leveraging:Data-driven insightsAutomation frameworksPerformance benchmarking across locationsSkill & QualificationGraduate in any disciplineOverall 10-15 years of experience and minimum 5+ years of experience in managing Field operations for technology clientsStrong numerical and analytical skillsExperience in managing preparation of Presentations and Reports for Senior Leadership teamsExperience in collaborating with teams across geographies and functionsExperience in managing client stakeholders across geographiesExtensive experience in managing complex, multi-group, multi-disciplinary projects.Ability to define projects, execute within timelines and with multiple stakeholders, and deliver projects on time and to budget.Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environmentOther soft skills:Good People management skillsGood Interpersonal skillsWorking in various shifts (Being Flexible)Excellent eye for detailGood time management and organizational skills.Good verbal and written English communication skills.Flexible to adapt to any changes in the organization / process.Maintain Organizational and Client confidentiality
