To find out more visit www.lenovo.com, and read about the latest news via our StoryHub.Description and RequirementsThe ideal candidate brings experience in the enterprise data center market, with a solid understanding of Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI), storage, and virtualization technologies, and a passion for translating complex technical capabilities into clear customer value and sales-ready messaging.Key Responsibilities:Product Management & Portfolio OwnershipOwn assigned ThinkAgile products across the full lifecycle: strategy, roadmap definition, launch, and end-of-life managementDevelop and maintain clear product positioning, value propositions, and competitive differentiationPartner closely with engineering, supply chain, marketing, sales, and finance to deliver successful product outcomesMonitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics within the HCI and storage segmentsSupport business cases, pricing strategies, and portfolio simplification initiativesDrive Enablement for ThinkAgileLead enablement strategy for ThinkAgile offerings, ensuring internal and external teams are confident and effective in positioning solutionsCreate and maintain high-quality enablement assetsDeliver sales and partner training sessions, both live and virtual, across regions in partnership with geography counterpartsAct as a subject-matter expert for field escalations, customer briefings, and executive engagementsPartner with marketing and alliance teams to support launches, campaigns, and partner motionsCross-Functional & Partner CollaborationWork closely with alliance partners and ISVs to align messaging and solution positioningCollaborate with global and regional teams to ensure consistent execution while accommodating local market needsServe as a trusted voice of the customer within internal product and strategy discussionsBasic Qualifications:7+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or technical enablementStrong understanding of enterprise data center infrastructure, including HCI and storage conceptsExperience translating technical capabilities into customer-focused value propositionsProven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authorityStrong communication and presentation skills, with comfort engaging both technical and executive audiencesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environmentPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience in Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) or software-defined infrastructure portfoliosFamiliarity with enterprise virtualization and cloud stacks such as VMware, Microsoft, or Nutanix (nice to have, not required)Experience supporting global sales organizations and partner ecosystemsBackground working with OEM, infrastructure, or enterprise IT vendorsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.Additional Locations:* United States of America - North Carolina - Morrisville* United States of America* United States of America - North Carolina
