This role is ideal for a motivated, people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at driving sales performance, and is passionate about leading and developing a strong front desk team.As a GMIT, you will take ownership of the front desk experience and team performance, with a focus on sales execution, guest experience, and operational excellence.
