Job Description Job Opportunity: Faculty Position in Gastroenterology and HepatologyOur organization is actively looking for a full-time faculty member to join the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Division. Ideal candidates should hold an MD, DO, or an equivalent degree, have completed residency training in Internal Medicine, and have finished a fellowship in Gastroenterology. Candidates must also be board certified or eligible in Gastroenterology and qualify for a California medical license.The Gastroenterology and Hepatology Division is experiencing growth and is particularly interested in applicants focused on General Gastroenterology.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care.Instruct and supervise residents and fellows.Perform endoscopic procedures.Participate in clinical research initiatives.Faculty appointments will be based on the qualifications and accomplishments of the selected candidate.Location and LifestyleThis position is based in Fresno, California, where residents benefit from a high quality of life paired with a low cost of living.
