Operations & Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations & Data Analyst to support performance tracking, reporting, and operational efficiency across our sales organization. This role focuses on leveraging data, systems, and process improvements to drive better business decisions and optimize sales outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and sales performance reportsAnalyze sales data, trends, and metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiencySupport data organization, validation, and reporting accuracy across systemsConduct inventory reviews and billing audits to ensure operational accuracyAssist in building and improving internal tools, trackers, and reporting systemsCollaborate with leadership to provide insights that drive strategic decisionsIdentify and implement process improvements and automation opportunitiesSupport cross-functional operations, including administrative and coordination tasks as neededAdditional Exposure:Gain hands-on experience within a sales-driven environmentCollaborate with sales teams to understand performance drivers and operational needsOpportunity to observe and contribute to sales processes and customer interactionsQualifications:Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google SheetsFamiliarity with data tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plusStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilityAbility to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentExcellent verbal communication skillsTrainingTraining will be provided on internal systems, reporting tools, and company processes.Work Environment:Fast-paced, data-driven environment supporting a high-performing sales organization.
