Position: Pediatrician Primary Care VieMed Healthcare Staffing, a leading Joint Commission Certified agency, is seeking a qualified Pediatrician for a permanent primary care position within a community clinic setting. Location: Hawthorne, California Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Permanent Work Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour daytime shifts, 5 days per week Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive pediatric care for a diverse patient population in a busy outpatient clinic. Conduct thorough examinations, diagnose, and manage common and complex pediatric health conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options. Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure seamless patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters. Adhere to all clinical protocols, guidelines, and safety standards. Qualifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics. Active, unrestricted California Medical License. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. DEA registration. Proven experience in pediatric outpatient care preferred. Compensation: Salary range of $110.00 to $115.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Workload & Patient Volume: Manage approximately 20-22 patients daily. No night shifts or weekend calls, promoting work-life balance. Benefits & Opportunities: Competitive hourly rate.
