On behalf of our Food Manufacturing client, Procom is searching for an IT Systems Analyst - JDEdwards for a full-time permanent position.
IT Systems Analyst - JDEdwards - Job Description:
The IT Systems Analyst - JDEdwards will support the ongoing management and optimization of JDEdwards systems, including both World and E1 platforms. The role involves system monitoring, user setup, programming, and ensuring interconnectivity with external systems like EDI and Cognos.
IT Systems Analyst - JDEdwards - Responsibilities:
• Complete understanding of JDEdwards systems and their interactions
• Set up new users and manage World Security
• Develop and modify programs using CL and RPG
• Set up Advanced pricing adjustments and Automatic accounting instructions
• Create ad-hoc reports through Query or SQL
• Monitor AS/400 operating system and perform system backups
• Manage CNC and server functions for JDEdwards E1
• Maintain and troubleshoot EDI, Cognos, and RFGen systems
• Collaborate with the IT helpdesk to resolve user issues
• Manage personal computers, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Exchange & Teams
• Assist in IT projects and cost management
IT Systems Analyst - JDEdwards - Mandatory Skills:
• Complete understanding of JDEdwards systems
• Experience with AS/400 operating system
• Proficiency in CL and RPG programming
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Windows computer environment
• Experience with Microsoft 365
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
IT Systems Analyst - JDEdwards – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with JD Edwards E1
• Familiarity with SQL programming
• General knowledge of programming logic, including C+
• Networking and database knowledge
• Experience with IT project management
