Full Stack Engineer
Position SummaryOur client is seeking a hands-on Senior/Staff Engineer to build and scale a tech-enabled healthcare platform designed to simplify complex care coordination for families and clinicians nationwide. In this role, you will work directly with end users, patients, caregivers, and internal coordination teams, to design, build, and deploy full-stack solutions and production-grade AI agents that automate administrative burdens, synthesize complex data, and dramatically improve clinical outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner directly with clinicians, care teams, and patients to identify key pain points, translating real-world operational challenges into rapid product deployments.Architect, build, and maintain end-to-end features, ranging from polished, accessible user interfaces to robust backend services and data integrations.Design and deploy production-level LLM applications and autonomous AI workflows to streamline clinical data synthesis, workflow automation, and user support at scale.Implement strict security, authentication, and governance protocols to ensure high-grade data privacy and compliance standards across all systems.Qualifications5+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep, proven full-stack expertise across modern frontend frameworks and backend API design.Hands-on experience building, evaluating, and deploying LLM-powered systems and agentic workflows in production settings.Track record of building and scaling systems within fast-paced, high-growth startup environments, balancing architectural speed with long-term stability.Experience implementing robust data security protocols and handling sensitive, highly regulated domain data.Strong product intuition with a track record of driving initiatives from early concept to launch based on real user feedback.On-site availability in New York City (5 days per week).Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in healthtech, including working with digital health tools, clinical workflows, or complex domain data standards (e.g., EHR/FHIR integrations, claims data).Experience managing cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and system optimization.Background in data engineering, including building data pipelines and warehousing architectures for complex analytics.
