Join us to make legends happen!THE ROLEThe Conversion Crew Lead assists in the supervision of the conversions to accommodate sports, entertainment and concert productions and ensures that conversions are completed safely, in the configuration needed for each event, and in a timely, thorough manner.Essential Dutes And ResponsibilitiesPhysically perform and assist with event setups, changeovers, and daily operational tasksAct on all relevant information from Operations Manager and Event Manager for event setups and changeovers. Assist with overnight conversion team to ensure appropriate flooring, risers and portable seating are set for incoming talent/events. Participate in day-to-day operations of the facilityPerform facility operational tasks required in keeping up the facility on non-event daysWork closely with operations and other departments on various projects as neededSupervisory ResponsibilitiesLeads a small team of part time employees through the conversion process.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
