Java Full Stack Developer
DescriptionDesign, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end web applications using Java and modern front‑end technologies.Build and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services, and integrations with external systems using microservice, container based architecture.Write clean, efficient, well‑documented code and perform code reviews.Develop responsive and dynamic UI components using frameworks such as Angular.Ensure application quality through unit testing, integration testing, and debugging.Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.Regular collaboration with Technology Manager, product managers, delivery leads Feature team teammates.Some interaction with business product owners/end users will be required during planning phases and through Sprint and PI demos. Initially the successful candidate will work on Treasury Viewer application and will be working on tech modernization, performance improvements and new product onboarding relating to the Interest Rate Risk Management framework.Opportunity to work on modern microservices web-based architecture.Improve performance and resiliency while also delivering improved and additional business capabilities.Exciting opportunity to work on important initiative for CIO business.Java, Spring boot, REST, Angular, Node.js7+ years’ experience as full stack Java developer.Design and development experience in web services using RESTful web API, JSON.Experience with modern application architecture including Containers, Microservices, Cloud and Secure coding principlesWorking experience in OpenShift, Unix, Kafka, Splunk.Data analytics or modelling.Financial services industry knowledge/experience in Capital Markets, Hedging, Cash Management etc.Deliver features as per agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.Build reliable, performant, secure and scalable applications.Great team player.Good communication skills.Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.Accountable and willing to take ownership with enthusiasm in the face of technical challenges
