Our developer community is well-regarded and key to our continued growth roadmap.The Role:The Associate Integrations Specialist Retailer Compliance is an early-career role designed to support both the Retailer Compliance Team and Sales Architecture function. This role plays a critical part in assisting with integration setup, technical support, and solution scoping for retailer compliance (EDI) projects.Working closely with Sales Architects, EDI Specialists, and API team members, this individual will help translate customer requirements into actionable tasks, support pre-sales discovery and documentation, and assist in the execution of integrations. This is a growth-oriented position with a clear path toward more advanced solutioning and integration ownership.You Will:Solutioning & Sales SupportSupport Sales Architects in scoping retailer compliance opportunities, including EDI, API, labeling, and reporting requirementsAssist in gathering and documenting customer requirements during discovery and scoping sessionsHelp translate requirements into draft scopes of work, notes, and supporting documentationIdentify standard vs. custom integration needs and escalate as neededContribute to pricing inputs and solution documentation under guidanceIntegration Setup & ExecutionAssist with pre-wired EDI and API integration setup and configurationSupport integration tasks including API key provisioning, cart setup, and system configurationParticipate in integration validation, testing, and basic troubleshootingAssist with migrations and onboarding tasks under senior team guidanceTechnical Support & TroubleshootingProvide support for basic API and EDI issuesPerform data validation, file reviews, and issue identificationTroubleshoot common integration issues and escalate more complex problemsSupport developers and customers with basic connectivity and platform questionsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Internal Integrations, Expansion, and Customer Success teamsEnsure alignment between scoped solutions and operational capabilitiesSupport handoffs between pre-sales and implementation teamsLearning & DevelopmentBuild foundational knowledge in EDI standards, API integrations, and WMS workflowsDevelop understanding of retailer compliance requirements (e.g., EDI, UCC labels)Participate in training and mentorship to grow into a more advanced integrations or solutioning roleYou Bring:1-2 years of experience or exposure to integrations, EDI, APIs, or technical supportBasic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, or data formats (X12, XML, CSV)Ability to follow structured processes and work with detailed technical informationStrong attention to detail in documentation, configuration, and troubleshootingEffective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentBonus Points For:Exposure to EDI concepts, retailer compliance, or supply chain workflowsFamiliarity with API tools (e.g., Postman) or integration workflows (SFTP/FTP)Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon) or 3PL/WMS systemsBackground in SaaS, technical support, or customer-facing rolesAbout Us:We look for team players and authentic people that strive for excellence and aren't afraid to be themselves while they do it - because that's what special teams are made of. The targeted base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000.
