Known for our white-glove service, we are headquartered in Torrance, CA.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a hands-on operational and technical architect to build, integrate, and modernize our technology stack and operational framework—while navigating the evolving landscape of SEC and LPL compliance. This is a senior builder role for someone with deep RIA expertise, executive maturity, and the drive to make a direct impact on a growing firm.What You'll Do•     Design and optimize scalable workflows and operational infrastructure from the ground up.•     Lead the firm’s technology ecosystem—CRM, broker-dealer tools, AI automation, and reporting systems.•     Own compliance alignment across SEC/LPL requirements, including ADV/CRS, 13F, Best Execution, and audit readiness.•     Preserve and enhance our white-glove client experience through scalable service processes.•     Drive multi-channel marketing strategy (social, webinars, YouTube) and coordinate firm events.•     Manage P&L, vendor relationships, and cross-departmental initiatives.•     Lead the internship program and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing firm culture.What We're Looking For•     Background in operations leadership at an SEC-registered HNW wealth management or RIA firm.•     Proficiency in RIA tech stacks, CRM architecture, AI/API integrations, and advanced Excel.•     Serve as lead for regulatory governance, proactively managing the intersection of compliance regulations with operational technology.•     LPL Financial and/or ClientWorks experience highly preferred.•     Strong can-do attitude with a client-centric focus•     Strong communicator and mediator who can align partners’ preferences and drive firm-wide adoption.•     Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and/or series 7 preferred.Why Join Tortuga?•     Direct access to firm leadership and meaningful input on strategy and direction.•     Entrepreneurial culture where you’ll build—not just manage—systems that matter.•     High-level exposure to sophisticated HNW wealth management operations.
